Art and the Sheerwater Festival 2015

So the festival this year gave me the opportunity to not only exhibit my work artwork again, but also orchestrate my own exhibition, inviting and organizing artists to constrict and curate something special for festival day.

A big thank you to Kari, Elaine, Carmen, Joan, Sue and Tracey who all featured in our entitled exhibition 'Local Artists' Collective' last Saturday 12th September. It is well deserved because the day was a huge success. We had plenty of people through the doors and a painting was even sold.

We had new additions to the attraction list this year, including bull riding, teacups and an inflatable slide. Food and drink stalls were well spaced along the parade, and the Climbing Wall and Punch & Judy were a massive hit as usual.

I am very pleased with the event as a whole and privileged to have been part of it for the second year running. Our exhibition was fantastic and for those who weren’t there to see it, I shall let the pictures below speak for themselves.
