This Saturday during the Sheerwater "Meet in the Street" Festival 2014, I have an

exhibition being held at St Michaels Church! During the summer, I have become infatuated with my job as an ice cream man, driving about the towns of Surrey and Hampshire, selling soft serve whippy and ice lollies. It is in fact because of this reason that I havent been able to assume my usual studio dwelling lifestyle - with paintbrush always in hand. However, I have conducted a few playful art pieces based around the theme of ice cream. I have found inspiration from making ice cream cones, and often make them as artistic and beautiful as I can. This has led me to create paintings based around the same aesthetic. The bulk of the work on display is from my continued life long obsession with trees. Some recent creations reflecting the fascinating works of Ben Quilty and others from my previous work, along with my Father's studio dwelling culminations. I look forward to seeing it all set up on the weekend, during which should be a spectacular annual festival!
