St Michael's Christmas Fair

My latest poster design features Xmas'y themes! With the Christmas season nigh, I have undertaken a piece of digital design work for St Michaels Church’s Christmas Fair. The Church holds this event every year, and has never failed in making it a warm and welcoming gathering for the whole family, with all the activities listed on the that little elf's scroll. My design features typical Christmas themes and imagery, such as candy canes, snowflakes, an elf and elf and snowman characters. However, amongst this there is a the subtle suggestion of more traditional themes, relating the Christian story of Christ, displayed simply by the presence of a bright star in the top right. This represents the star that the shepherds followed to reach the baby Jesus, and hopefully people will follow it to the Christmas Fair! I want to thank all the members the church for coming to me for their poster design and wish them the best.
