The Christmas Fair at St Michael's church is a long standing tradition. For their 2013 edition, nothing more than a simple poster was needed to advertise the event in aim of getting higher attendance figures.

 

I set out to produce a poster which utalised cartoon like graphics and playful imagery to make it eye catching and appeal to a wide audience, while retaining reference to the religous aspect of the festive season through the precence of a single, shining star.

 

Attractive in appearnace and succinctly informative, we were both pleased with the final outcome.
